Barry has more than 35 years of experience in the Atlanta real estate market. His experience includes residential real estate sales, residential and commercial construction, raw land development and turn-key community marketing, planning and development.
 
Before joining Beacham & Company, Barry’s real estate company sold over $225 million worth of residential real estate in Atlanta. Through his building companies, Barry has built more than $75 million worth of residential and commercial real estate, including past Governor George Busbee’s personal home.
 
Barry is a native Atlantan and attended The University of Georgia with a major in Real Estate. He is very familiar with all parts of the city. His experience makes him an excellent resource for a client looking to purchase or sell in the luxury market. His ability to “know” a home gives him a hidden benefit over many agents. Barry also makes an excellent liaison between an in-town or out-of-town customer and the builder of their new home.
 
Barry and his wife Erin reside in Buckhead. He has five children: Ryan, Kristen, Evan, Sloane and Charlie.
