Barry Milam has more than 35 years of experience in the Atlanta real estate market. His experience includes residential real estate sales, residential and commercial construction, raw land development and turn-key community marketing, planning and development.
Before joining Beacham & Company, Barry’s real estate company sold over $225 million worth of residential real estate in Atlanta. Through his building companies, Barry has built more than $75 million worth of residential and commercial real estate, including past Governor George Busbee’s personal home.
Barry is a native Atlantan and attended The University of Georgia with a major in Real Estate. He is very familiar with all parts of the city. His experience makes him an excellent resource for a client looking to purchase or sell in the luxury market. His ability to “know” a home gives him a hidden benefit over many agents. Barry also makes an excellent liaison between an in-town or out-of-town customer and the builder of their new home.
Barry and his wife Erin reside in Buckhead. He has five children: Ryan, Kristen, Evan, Sloane and Charlie.
